100% natural, vegetarian and preservative/gluten free, this chewtastic cheesy treat in made with a blend of nutritious yak and cow's milk, that is compressed into blocks and smoke dried for 28 days. This gives them a unique, tangy cheese flavour. A pinch of salt and lime juice coagulate the mixture together, forming a rich, solid cheese block that is low in fat and packed with Calcium and energising protein. These blocks of tasty goodness were originally made for human consumption and are still eaten today by Himalayan people and their dogs.

Effortlessly delicious, this treat will give your pooch's pearly whites a fang-tastic workout. A dog's natural inclination to chew helps to remove tartar and plaque, keeping his teeth and gums clean, healthy and strong. The lumpy dimples down both sides of the chew occur during the manufacturing process, when the hardened milk is compressed. These bumps will help scrape plaque off the sides of the teeth, acting in place of a toothbrush and promoting good oral hygiene.

Feeding Guide: Always supervise your pet when feeding Yakers and ensure that there is fresh, clean drinking water available at all times. Once your dog has finished with Yakers, take the remaining small end piece and place it in the microwave on high for 30-60 seconds until it puffs up. Allow to cool, then give it back to your dog to finish the treat! Not suitable for dogs under 4 months old.

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If your order does not reach you after two/three days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order.
