Tribal TLC, or Truly Lower Celsius, is the latest innovation in dry dog food and is a cold-pressed dog food with a difference. Other cold-pressed dog foods use their main meat source as meat meal which has been precooked to extremely high temperatures before it enters the cold press.

TLC is the only cold-pressed dog food that doesn't use meat meal; we use FRESH MEAT, and what's more, we guarantee that at least 98% of all our ingredients have not been processed above 95C making TLC, the lowest temperature dog food around! The gentle process means that TLC does not swell in the stomach like extruded dog foods.

When introducing your dog to a new food, it’s important to do it gradually. We advise that you transition your dog slowly, over a period of seven days.

For dog’s fed on two meals per day:

DAYS 1-3
Introduce Tribal Fresh Pressed as a treat, using sparingly at first but gradually increasing the amount given over three days (no more than 10% of their daily amount). If your dog is on a strict diet you may need to reduce the amount of their old food that they are receiving over these days.

DAYS 4–6
Swap their breakfast meal over to Tribal Fresh Pressed, one half of their daily allowance. Continue to feed their old food for their evening meal.

DAY 7
Feed 100% Tribal Fresh Pressed

For dogs or puppies fed on more than two meals per day:
Follow the guidelines above but allow additional days to switch additional meals over. If your dog tends to have a sensitive tummy we advise extending each stage of the transition period.

Christmas Schedule

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.
