To secure the carrier inside your car, the seat belt can be passed through the handle moulded into the top and buckled into place. Size of the standard carrier is 48 x 31.5 x 33cm (when assembled), The doorway is approx 20cm Wide and 23 cm High. The base is approximately 15 cm deep allowing adequate space to insert a Blanket or Liner Cushion to allow your pet to travel in comfort. Dimensions when flat packed for storage are 48 x 31.5 x 15.5cm approx. This pet carrier is made from a strong moulded plastic, well ventilated and light inside.

The base has moulded feet areas to provide a strong, sturdy base when full or empty - there are no holes in the base of the carrier itself for young animals a hygiene pad (puppy/kitten training pads) may be a useful addition to mop up any accidents.

The carrier will hold up to 10 kgs without deforming or opening. We recommend the maximum load for this carrier is kept under this weight to ensure the joints and fixings are not put under pressure.

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If your order does not reach you after two/three days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order.
