Mae Paws Off Duty yma i gefnogi ein ffrindiau pedair coes gyda chymorth tuag at gostau milfeddyg a lles ar ôl iddynt ymddeol o Heddlu Gogledd Cymru.

Mae ein cwn heddlu yn ymddeol oherwydd oedran, salwch, afiechyd neu pan nad ydynt yn gallu gwneud y tasgau y cawsant eu hyfforddi ar eu cyfer. Yn y rhan fwyaf o achosion, bydd ci wedi ymddeol yn aros gyda'i hyfforddwr ac dod yn anifail anwes yn y teulu neu yn cael cartref arall yn ar ei frîd a'i natur.

Ar ôl ymddeol, nid yw Heddlu Gogledd Cymru bellach yn gwneud gyfraniad ariannol tuag at y ci ac mae'r holl gostau yn disgyn ar y Perchennog.

Gall biliau milfeddygol a chyffuriau fod yn gostus ac rydym yma i gynorthwyo i roi cymorth ariannol tuag at ddarparu gofal iechyd i'n cwn wedi iddynt ymddeol.

Bydd yr holl arian a godir wrth werthu'r calendr hwn yn cael ei roi i Paws Off Duty, gan fynd tuag at gostau milfeddyg a lles cwn sydd wedi ymddeol o Heddlu Gogledd Cymru (RPDs).

Paws Off Duty are here to support our four-legged friends with help towards vet and welfare costs once they have retired from service with North Wales Police.

Our police dogs retire through age, injury, illness, disease, or inability to perform tasks they were trained for. In most cases a retired dog will remain with its police handler and become a family pet or suitably re-homed depending on the breed and temperament of the dog.

Once retired North Wales Police no longer make any financial contribution to the dog and all costs fall to the owner.

Veterinary and drugs bills can be costly and we’re here to assist in granting financial support towards providing healthcare of our retired dogs.

ALL sales of this calendar will be donated to Paws Off Duty, going towards the vet and welfare cost of North Wales Police retired dogs (RPDs).

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

The delivery cost for the mainland is based on order value, and the breakdown is:

• Under £45, £7.99
• £45+ Free delivery

Deliveries to the following postcodes will be charged at £18.99 for up to 28kg and £18.99 for every additional 28kg:

Scottish Highlands: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW1-14, PA21-40, PA49, PH17-50.

Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IM1-99, KA27-29, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, ZE1-3

We offer free delivery on a huge amount of products to ensure you get the best value for money. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free delivery outside the mainland UK this includes the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some areas of the UK, they include:

• Guernsey, GY1 – GY9
• Jersey, JE1 – JE4
• Isles of Scilly, TR21 – TR25
• BFPO1 – BFPO0999.
• Republic of Ireland
• Northern Ireland

Christmas Schedule

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

Choose The Best Option For You:

We want your pets to get what they need as fast and as easily as possible. You can either pop to one of our stores to collect your order or have it delivered to you at home or in work.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If your order does not reach you after two/three days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order.
