They are made of a 5 layer structure which provides a heavy duty leak-proof product so you can be confident that when your little puppy does his or her business it will be contained in one place.

With a quilted top non-woven layer that locks in wetness, it is quick dry with super absorbent polymer technology providing maximum absorbency. Built in attractant to attract and encourage your puppy to relieve himself on the pad.

The pads have odour control that helps prevents the formation of odour by locking away moisture. Ideal for when you are at work all day and do not want to come home to a smelly house.

Directions:

Place the pad on the floor, plastic side down, tissue side up where your dog tends to foul the most. Introduce your dog to the pad, allowing him to smell the special scented attractant.

If he doesn't relieve himself immediately, take him back several times until he is successful.

For optimum success introduce your dog to the pad when he shows signs that he needs to relieve himself e.g. sniffing, circling and after naps.

When he relieves himself on the pad, reward him with a treat or enthusiastic praise. When accidents happen, remove all traces of the odour to prevent your pet from repeat marking.

Training Tips:

• Always keep the pad in the area that is available to your pet, but away from his bed and food.
• Over time, move the pads closer to the door and, eventually, outside.
• Once outside, fold the pad to a smaller size of pad over time. Eventually, he won't need a pad to find his spot.

Christmas Schedule

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

We want your pets to get what they need as fast and as easily as possible. You can either pop to one of our stores to collect your order or have it delivered to you at home or in work.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If your order does not reach you after two/three days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order.
