Clean Ears

Clean Ears, by Animology, is a mild and effective cleansing solution, designed to help soften and remove wax, dirt and other debris from dog’s ears. Soothes, and promotes clean healthy ears.

How To Use: Add a few drops of Animology Clean Ears into the ear of the dog and gently massage to aid even distribution within the ear. Gently wipe the ears with a cotton wool ball or soft cloth, repeat as necessary. Do not use cotton buds or insert anything deep into the ear canal. Keep out of reach of children.

Paws & Nose

Animology Paws & Nose balm is a complex blend of sweet almond oil, jojoba wax, shea butter, oat oil and vitamin E that moisturises and soothes a dog’s nose and paws. Animology Paws & Nose is less solid than typical balms allowing it to be supplied in a tube which improves application and helps prevent dirty fingers contaminating the product.

How To Use: Gently massage onto the nose and paw pads. Keep out of reach of children.

Tear Stain Remover

Tear Stain Remover, by Animology, is a mild and effective cleansing solution, designed to help reduce staining caused by excess tear production in dogs.

How To Use: Carefully apply to the affected area and gently clean with a cotton wool ball or soft cloth. Use regularly to reduce build-up of deposits and prevent excessive staining. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Christmas Schedule

Over Christmas, the web team at petplace will try to get your orders shipped to you as late as we can. Although 98% of our deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days; couriers are very busy this time of year and there could always be unforeseen delays.

You can click and collect from any of our stores over the festive week. The last guaranteed before Christmas delivery date is the 14th. If an item is out of stock and you continue to order we’ll attempt to get this to you as soon as possible as our suppliers have slowed or closed until the first week of January.

We want your pets to get what they need as fast and as easily as possible. You can either pop to one of our stores to collect your order or have it delivered to you at home or in work.

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days of being dispatched.

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If your order does not reach you after two/three days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order.
